In most cases, we are able to send you the first candidates within a week. There were some instances when we were able to send the first candidate within 24 hours. With extremely niche or hard-to-fill positions, it might take longer though.
How does the legal part work?
Most of our clients sign B2B contracts directly with the candidates, as this is an extremely common practice in Central and Eastern Europe. This means you have full administrative control of your remote employees.
What does your service cost?
For permanent hires, 15% of the candidates’ first year’s base salary on average. No upfront payment, no ongoing costs, only a one-time success fee.
For short-term positions, 15% of the candidates' monthly salary, paid in monthly installments.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 90-day guarantee for permanent hires. If you part ways with the candidate in this time frame, we will find you a replacement for free, or refund you.

Salaries vary by country, tech stack, and seniority. On average, our clients save 39% compared to local hires (including base salary, taxes, and other costs of engagement). We will always provide you with an estimate of salaries up front for your specific needs.
